About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Talent Acquisition:
i. Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
ii. Manage job postings on platforms like LinkedIn, Internshala, and university portals.
ii. Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
2. Onboarding and Documentation:
i. Prepare offer letters and other employment-related documents.
ii. Guide new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring they have all the necessary resources.
3. Employee Engagement:
i. Assist in planning and executing team-building activities and engagement programs.
ii. Use AI tools to gather and analyze feedback to improve workplace morale and satisfaction.
4. HR Administration:
i. Maintain and update employee records in our HR system.
ii. Support payroll processing by verifying attendance and performance metrics.
5. Policy Implementation:
i. Help draft and update HR policies to align with company goals.
ii. Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
6. Performance Management:
i. Monitor intern performance and assist in conducting appraisals.
ii. Leverage AI tools to develop and maintain efficient feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
7. Process Enhancement with AI Tools:
i. Use AI tools like ChatGPT, CliCk up Ai, or other HR automation platforms to streamline recruitment, onboarding, and engagement processes.
ii. Experiment with AI-driven analytics to optimize workflows and decision-making.
