About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
2. Design and create visually appealing recruitment materials and internal communications using Canva.
3. Support the HR team with event management tasks, such as organizing training sessions and company events.
4. Use MS Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and other HR-related documents.
5. Collaborate with team members to streamline HR processes and enhance overall efficiency.
6. Develop and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
7. Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, providing support as needed.
