Founders Office Assistance Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the Founder in prioritizing and managing daily tasks, meetings, and follow-ups to align with strategic goals
2. Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and opportunities, presenting actionable insights to support decision-making
3. Collaborate across departments to track progress on strategic initiatives and ensure timely completion of key projects
4. Schedule meetings, appointments, and events while anticipating and resolving scheduling conflicts
5. Act as the first point of contact for external and internal communications addressed to the Founder
6. Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business-related trips
7. Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries as required
8. Ensure timely delegation and follow-up of tasks assigned by the Founder to team members
9. Organize and document key discussions during meetings, ensuring actionable items are captured and tracked
10. Address ad-hoc challenges by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions
