Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Monitoring currency market trends and news to identify potential trading opportunities.
2. Assisting in executing foreign exchange trades under the guidance of senior traders.
3. Analyzing currency pairs using technical and fundamental analysis techniques.
4. Preparing reports on currency market movements and trading performance.
5. Assisting in managing currency risk exposure for the organization's international operations.
6. Participating in meetings and discussions regarding currency hedging strategies.
7. Assisting in maintaining trading platforms and systems, ensuring accurate and timely execution of trades.
8. Supporting the finance team of corporates in reconciling currency positions.
9. Participating in meetings and discussions regarding currency hedging strategies.
10. Analyzing balance sheet and MTM reports of clients and guiding them on a day-to-day basis.

1. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification, FRM (Financial Risk Manager) certification, and MBA in Finance are preferred.
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue generated).
