Engineering Design Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Use computer-aided drafting (CAD) software to provide design and drafting support for fabrication and field construction projects
2. Assist in designing and developing printed circuit boards (PCB)
3. Use CAD in preparing PCB assembly and schematic
4. Design PCB layouts to develop high-speed and reliable circuits
5. Analyze and resolve design-related issues in a timely manner
6. Work with the project team in understanding circuit requirements and limitations
7. Develop design documentation and requirements specifications for assigned projects
8. Stay updated with the latest design techniques
9. Perform component placement and maintain integrity between components

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a design engineer or a similar role
2. Good understanding of safety standards and the environmental impact of a design
3. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Pro-E/Creo, Inventor, SolidWorks, and/or Revit
4. All disciplines considered
