About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Monitor and moderate the Discord server, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and rules
2. Engage with community members, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere
3. Address and resolve conflicts, issues, and disputes among members promptly and fairly
4. Remove inappropriate or harmful content, banning users when necessary
5. Collaborate with other moderators and staff to plan and execute community events and activities
6. Provide feedback and suggestions to improve community management and engagement
7. Stay updated on Discord features, tools, and best practices for moderation

5. Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts professionally.

6. Possess the ability to commit to regular shifts, including occasional weekends and evenings.

7. Familiarity with community guidelines and the ability to enforce rules fairly and consistently.

8. Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive online community.

9. Prior experience with additional moderation tools or bots.

10. Knowledge of other online community platforms and best practices.

11. Previous experience organizing and managing online events or activities.

12. Multilingual skills are a plus.
