1. Availability: Must be available for the work-from-home job/internship and can dedicate adequate time to fulfill assigned responsibilities effectively.
2. Start Date: Can start the internship between 11th Mar'25 and 15th Apr'25.
3. Duration: Available for 1 week, with flexibility to contribute in alignment with the foundation's priorities.
4. Relevant skills: Possess skills such as communication, research, content creation, and event coordination, with a strong interest in fundraising and nonprofit initiatives.
5. Self-motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a virtual team environment.
6. Passion: Passionate about education and social change aligned with the foundation's mission to inspire and empower students.
7. Experience: Previous experience in fundraising, event planning, or nonprofit work (desirable but not required).
8. Technical skills: The candidate must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or project management software to execute tasks and report effectively.
9. Interpersonal skills: The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with donors, partners, and volunteers.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 1000000 to 1100000 /year
