We're seeking a creative and driven social media & content creation intern to join our team and help us amplify our mission of empowering non-tech professionals to enter the tech industry. You will be responsible for creating and managing content that highlights our unique approach and the success of our graduates.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Content Creation: Create 3 engaging and informative reels daily
2. Work on highlighting the success stories of non-tech professionals transitioning into tech.
3. Explaining emerging tech concepts in an accessible way.
4. Showcasing the value of SwitchToTech.in's training and resources.
5. Design 2 visually appealing posters daily for social media platforms, promoting:
6. Manage upcoming workshops and webinars.
7. Write and publish 1 insightful blog post daily on topics relevant to our audience, including:
Career advice for non-tech professionals entering tech.
Explanations of emerging technologies and their applications.
Industry trends and insights.
8. Social Media Management: Schedule and post content across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
9. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly.
10. Engage with followers and build a strong online community.
11. Analyze social media performance and provide regular reports on key metrics, focusing on engagement and reach within our target audience.
12. Keep up to date on social media trends and how they relate to the career transition space.
13. Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm content ideas and align with overall marketing strategies, ensuring all content reflects the SwitchToTech.in mission.
14. Assist in the development of social media campaigns that specifically target non-tech professionals.
