Look no further, as we are seeking the position of a zonal manager in East India to spearhead initiatives aimed at nurturing the next generation of leaders.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement strategies which involve creating a roadmap to acquire, engage and retain as many members in the online community as possible
2. Build communities in large numbers across messaging and social media platforms catering to youth in southern India
3. Lead a team of dedicated youth leaders, providing training and externship opportunities to foster their professional growth
4. Stay available for two daily online stand-ups with progress updates on Google Meet, lasting 15-20 minutes each from 10 to 11 pm

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 12000 per performance).
