About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Brand Promotion: Act as the face of Backpack India on campus, promoting our brand and travel experiences
2. Content Sharing: Share and promote our social media posts, announcements, and event invitations
3. Lead Generation: Engage with students and generate leads for upcoming trips by creating interest and answering questions
4. Event Organization: Host mini-events or info sessions on campus to raise awareness and introduce students to the Backpack India experience
5. Feedback Gathering: Collect feedback from students about their travel preferences and ideas to help Backpack India improve its offerings

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per successful referral).
