Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to join our Beta Tester Program. You'll be testing the Yoliday mobile app, experiencing real-world adventures, and providing valuable feedback to improve our platform.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. App testing: Download, install, and use the Yoliday mobile app extensively on your iOS/Android device, testing all features and functionalities.
2. Bug reporting: Identify, document, and report any bugs or technical issues, providing detailed steps to reproduce them.
3. Experience participation: Purchase, join, and participate in real Yoliday experiences, which will be fully redeemed. You will have to join at least 10 experiences in person.
4. Feedback & improvement Suggestions: Share your thoughts on app usability, design, and overall user experience, and suggest improvements.
5. Feature testing: Test key features such as personalized recommendations, itinerary planning, booking experiences, and accessing exclusive deals.
6. Experience creation: Create and undertake your own user-generated experiences within the app. You will have to create atleast two user experiences and execute them,
7. Collaboration: Actively participate in the Yoliday Slack channel and community forum, collaborating with other testers and sharing insights.
8. Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding app features and your testing experience.
9. Data protection: Do not share screenshots or information outside of designated feedback channels.
