We are looking for an AI researcher passionate about solving high-impact challenges in education. You will investigate user needs, design experimental models, and integrate leading-edge AI/ML solutions into our product portfolio. In addition, you will collaborate with curriculum experts and market researchers to ensure our innovations directly address the real-world gaps in Indian and global education systems.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design & development: Develop and optimize AI/ML models for personalized learning, adaptive assessments, and content recommendation engines.
2. Research & experimentation: Conduct experiments, analyze data, and present actionable insights to drive product decisions.
3. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with market and policy researchers to stay updated on trends and ensure compliance with educational standards.
4. Innovation & scalability: Identify new opportunities in EdTech and propose research directions. Build scalable solutions that can be deployed for diverse demographics.
5. Thought leadership: Stay current with AI and education research. Represent FirstBench.ai in research forums, contribute to publications, and attend conferences.

Other requirements
1. Education: Master’s/PhD in computer science, machine learning, data science, or related field. Candidates with equivalent industry experience are welcome.
2. Technical expertise: Experience with Python, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data engineering pipelines, and MLops.
3. Research background: Demonstrated history of publications, patents, or significant projects in AI/ML or EdTech.
4. Analytical & problem-solving skills: Ability to translate complex user or market needs into actionable AI solutions.
5. Passion for education: Understanding of or interest in the education sector, with a strong desire to improve learning outcomes.
