About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

1. Manage and grow the brand's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit, Facebook, and YouTube
2. Develop engaging content (posts, reels, stories, and blogs) tailored for the audience
3. Plan and execute growth strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement
4. Provide influencers with weekly content ideas and training sessions on personal branding & content marketing
5. Review and optimize influencer-generated content to maintain quality and brand consistency
6. Motivate and guide influencers to actively engage with the brand and expand reach within their networks
7. Experiment with viral marketing techniques, referral programs, and gamification strategies
8. Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts
9. Identify new ways to attract and retain both creators and brands
