Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
2. Create compelling and engaging content for our social media platforms, including posts, stories, videos, and ads.
3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase engagement.
4. Assist in managing & engaging our online community.
5. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
6. Stay current on digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are effective and innovative.
7. Plan and run Ads on Facebook/Meta and other potential platforms.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotional activities.

1. Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills & strong camera presence.
3. Proficiency in content creation and graphic design tools (e.g. Canva/Adobe Creative Suite/Figma/Filmora).
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram/LinkedIn/Twitter/YouTube) and marketing trends.
5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
6. A practical understanding of UI/UX or design would be an added advantage.
7. Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
8. Understanding of technology/IT/computer science engineering landscape would be a plus.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year
