About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in generating and qualifying leads through research, outreach, and prospecting.
2. Support the sales team in identifying potential customers and opportunities for business development.
3. Participate in sales calls and meetings with potential clients, helping to pitch products and services.
4. Manage and update customer databases (CRM) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
5. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials tailored to client needs.
6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
7. Help organize and participate in sales events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
8. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
9. Provide administrative support to the sales team, including follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and handling client inquiries.
10. Track sales metrics, generate reports, and assist in analyzing sales performance.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in sales, business development, and customer relations.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Confident, proactive, and willing to engage with new clients and prospects.

5. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

8. A positive attitude, team player, and eagerness to learn.

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 1000 per sale).
