About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct effective and engaging sales presentations to potential clients in various cities.
2. Customize sales pitches to address specific client needs and demonstrate how our product meets those needs.
3. Maintain a strong understanding of the product, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
4. Utilize CRM software to manage and track all leads and sales activities.
5. Ensure accurate and up-to-date entry of all client information and interactions in the CRM system.
6. Follow up with potential leads to nurture relationships and convert them into sales opportunities.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
8. Address client inquiries and provide detailed information about the product's features and benefits.
9. Assist clients with any issues or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
10. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and tactics.
11. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
12. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on sales strategies and goals.
13. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
14. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer relationship management.
15. Reach out to leads to pitch brands and products that company deals in.
16. Maintain relationships with potential clients and arrange samples of the products to encourage partnerships.
17. Attain a monthly sales target of 1,00,000 INR.
18. Use CRM software to update client communications.

1. Possess inside sales, lead generation, and account management skills.

2. Strong customer satisfaction and customer service abilities.

7. Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

8. The candidate must have a can-do attitude and can work dedicatedly and proactively on any of the assigned tasks to their completion.

9. The candidate must be able to achieve the targets given.

10. The candidate must be willing to go to the extra length to finish the work in a timely manner.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 300000 /year

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of revenue generated).
