About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and screening candidates with AI, machine learning, and NLP expertise
2. Crafting job descriptions tailored to technical roles (AI developers, machine learning engineers, etc.)
3. Organizing and scheduling interviews with qualified candidates
4. Conducting preliminary technical interviews to assess knowledge of AI frameworks (GPT-4, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
5. Collaborating with the technical team to understand resource needs and project goals
6. Staying updated on AI trends to evaluate candidate relevance and technical skills
7. Managing candidate communications and maintaining a talent pipeline
8. Providing regular updates and reports on hiring progress
9. Assisting with onboarding new hires to ensure smooth integration into the team
