Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling onboarding of our resources
2. Setting up interviews - scheduling, coordinating with vendors and clients
3. Working on end to end managing - from screening to interviewing to onboarding
4. Helping in screening the candidates in the initial round of discussion
5. Maintaining the Excel Sheet with the required data of the shortlisted candidates
6. Arranging a monthly call with our deployed resources
7. Sending the weekly report to the management w.r.t profiles received, interviews happened, shortlisted candidates, and key updates
8. Maintaining an accurate and updated HR related files and database
9. Handling HR related queries/concerns
10. Coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal team members for HR-related activities
11. Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (HR), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between operational support and other teams in the organization
