About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on the recruitment lifecycle, utilizing various platforms and techniques to identify, attract, and screen top talent for our team and clients, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers
2. Collaborate with our team to understand client requirements, conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects, and effectively match candidates to client needs ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates
3. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles within our organization or our clients' organizations by organizing orientation sessions, and handling all relevant HR documentation
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 months of internship experience in client recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully managing the recruitment lifecycle and meeting targets
2. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and team members
3. Ability to articulate ideas, negotiate offers, and build relationships

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 20000 per internship goal achieved).
