Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

2. Conduct cold calls and manage email communications to engage candidates.
3. Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and set up interviews.
4. Coordinate follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring process.
5. Negotiate salaries and notice periods with selected candidates.
6. Manage the offer and joining process, ensuring a seamless transition for candidates.
7. Handle MIS report management and ensure accuracy in documentation.
8. Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
