As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Optacloud, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative tech company. Your role will involve working closely with the HR team to support various HR functions and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Help with onboarding new employees by preparing orientation materials and coordinating training sessions.
3. Support HR staff in organizing employee events and initiatives to boost company culture and morale.
4. Maintain and update employee records and databases using MS-Excel for accurate and efficient record-keeping.
5. Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights for improvement.
6. Handle administrative tasks such as drafting HR-related documents and responding to employee inquiries.
7. Demonstrate excellent English proficiency (spoken) and effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
