Human Resources (HR) Work From Home Internship

As a Human Resources (HR) intern at Group Futurista, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Your role will involve supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, operations, monitoring and data management.

1. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
2. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
3. Support HR operations by assisting in the onboarding process for new hires and organizing training sessions.
4. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
5. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze and report on HR data, identifying trends and making recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall HR strategy.
7. Demonstrate English proficiency in both spoken and written communication to effectively engage with employees and external partners.
