About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in end-to-end recruitment, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
2. Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive employee experience.
3. Coordinating employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and morale.
4. Maintaining and updating HR records and databases with high accuracy.
5. Assisting in drafting HR policies, documentation, and reports.
6. Addressing employee queries and providing support for HR-related tasks.
