About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
2. Support the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
3. Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
4. Help maintain and update HR records and databases with accuracy.
5. Assist in drafting HR policies, documentation, and reports.
6. Address employee queries and provide support for HR-related tasks.
