As an HR Intern/Trainee at PrimeJobs Management Consultants Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to dive into the exciting world of recruitment and gain valuable experience in the field. With your knowledge of recruitment practices, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR team and ensuring the success of our hiring processes.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, and referrals
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to determine candidate suitability
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers
4. Conduct reference checks and background verifications to validate candidate information
5. Maintain and update the candidate database and provide timely feedback to applicants throughout the recruitment cycle
6. Assist in the creation and posting of engaging job advertisements to maximize exposure and attract a diverse pool of candidates
7. Support the onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
