1. Interacting with patients regularly via telephone or video calls.
2. Counseling chronic patients and motivating them to inculcate lifestyle changes.
3. Developing a nutrition plan and modifying it based on adoption/feedback from the patient.
4. Analyzing patient data and engaging in virtual patient management.
5. Researching and creating protocols for drugs, diagnostics, patient symptoms, vital tracking, etc.
6. Engaging with the product and technology teams for the development of algorithms.
7. Developing systems and processes for standardizing the quality of care.
8. Working in tandem with other 'care team' members such as doctors and physiotherapists to provide holistic care to patients.
