1. Create and Lead your Team :
a. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various positions within the organization
b. Manage and update candidate databases
c. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements
d. Constant follow-up and communication with the interns to reach goals and targets
2. Conduct interviews:
a. Schedule and conduct initial interviews with candidates
b. Evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
3. Data management and analysis:
a. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities
b. Prepare regular reports on metrics and performance
4. Performance Evaluation:
a. Assist in the evaluation of candidate performance during their tenure
b. Provide feedback to candidates and managers
5. Sales and Marketing:
a. Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent
b. Promote Pawzz's mission and values to potential candidates
c. Utilize social media and other platforms to engage with prospective candidates
