Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from a provided list or database
2. Introduce and explain the company's products or services to prospective customers
3. Engage in active listening to understand the customer's needs and provide relevant product information
4. Answer questions, resolve objections, and address concerns in a professional and informative manner
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
6. Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas
7. Follow up with customers who expressed interest but did not make a purchase during the initial call
8. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 2000 per lead generated).
