About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Daily editing and production of video content for various platforms, ensuring a steady stream of engaging material
2. Use DaVinci Resolve to edit videos, applying company standards for quality and style; training provided as needed
3. Work closely with content teams to plan, storyboard, and execute video projects that align with Startup Story, Rai Bhillo, and LexMate s strategic goals
4. Manage and prioritize editing tasks to meet daily content delivery targets, including reels, shorts, and long-form videos
5. Provide creative input to enhance visual storytelling, maintaining brand consistency across all outputs
6. Regularly update content based on performance analytics and viewer feedback to maximize engagement
Qualifications:
1. Proficient with DaVinci Resolve; willing to train if not expert
2. Experience in handling fast-paced video production schedules
3. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
4. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with creative teams
5. A proactive and creative approach to video editing, with a keen eye for detail
