This website is about the science of nutrition and how it impacts your mind, body, and health. It is based on my learning both academically from Harvard Medical School, Tufts University, and Stanford University and also the exhaustive research and reading I personally do. It is about making long-term lifestyle changes that result in good health. It is about preventing the occurrence of disease through nutrition before its onset and the changes I made in my life. The short articles talk about avoiding non-communicable diseases through nutrition. It is about my own evolution in the belief that being healthy is an option well within your grasp. I have been cited in numerous articles on health and nutrition including NDTV, Hindustan Times, and others.
