About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Preparing and managing visa applications and supporting documents for delegates attending MICE events
2. Coordinating with embassies, consulates, and external agencies to ensure timely visa approval
3. Tracking visa application status and updating delegates accordingly
4. Communicating visa requirements and updates to clients and delegates
5. Guiding delegates on required documents and addressing concerns regarding visa processes
6. Maintaining accurate records of visa applications, statuses, and approvals
7. Generating reports on the visa process and outcomes
8. Ensuring adherence to visa regulations and FCM India policies
9. Identifying opportunities to streamline the documentation process and minimize delays

1. Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

2. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

3. Knowledge of global visa regulations and documentation

4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

6. Experience with travel management software is a plus

7. Knowledge of MICE event documentation and travel logistics(preferred)

8. Familiarity with international travel regulations(preferred)
