As a Telecalling intern at CyberFrat, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of cybersecurity. Your role will be crucial in helping us reach out to potential clients and partners, showcasing our services and building relationships. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with a diverse audience. Proficiency in MS-Excel will also be beneficial for maintaining and organizing important data.

Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss our cybersecurity solutions.
2. Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about our services.
3. Maintain accurate records of all communications in MS-Excel for future reference.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule meetings.
5. Assist in creating and updating call scripts and FAQs for consistent messaging.
6. Participate in training sessions to improve communication and sales skills.
7. Provide regular feedback to the team on client responses and market trends.
