Your role will involve making calls in English and Hindi and utilizing MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint for various tasks.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments
2. Providing information about our products and services to interested individuals
3. Assisting in maintaining and updating customer databases
4. Following up with clients via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Creating reports and presentations using MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint
6. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery
