We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our team in Guwahati, Assam. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively and engage with customers over the phone, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers.
2. Provide detailed information about our products and services.
3. Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns.
4. Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
5. Meet daily and monthly call targets.
