Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Key responsibilities:
1. Handle walk-ins and telephonic counseling of the students
2. Provide information about the courses to the inquiries
3. Convert the inquiries into registrations
4. Focus on sales and collection targets
5. Maintain the system and create daily sales reports
6. Follow up with inquiries that have a positive response
7. Make telephone calls for follow-ups
8. Convert course inquiries into admissions
9. Speak with aspiring students and give them the right career options for postgraduate courses
10. Maintain accurate MISs and dashboards
11. Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy at all levels
12. Give all the information on all the courses available and also guide the students to choose the right one
13. Keep movement registers and maintain other records (visitors records, inquiry records, etc.) as required
14. Encourage telephonic leads and leads from other sources to walk into the college for counseling
