Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make calls: Telecallers initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales and manage incoming calls to resolve customer issues.
2. Present products: Telecallers explain the features and benefits of the company's products and services while providing information on prices and promotions.
3. Build relationships: Telecallers establish rapport with potential customers and foster relationships with existing clients.
4. Follow scripts: Telecallers memorize scripts and customize them for each situation to enhance engagement.
5. Maintain records: Telecallers keep daily call records and submit progress reports to track performance.
6. Meet targets: Telecallers work diligently to meet and exceed sales targets.
7. Stay updated: Telecallers stay informed about market trends to better serve customers.
8. Identify needs: Telecallers assess and identify customer needs to tailor solutions effectively.
9. Interact with customers: Telecallers engage with customers via phone, live chat, email, and social media platforms.
