1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote our products and services.
2. Handle inbound calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service and support.
3. Follow up with leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and meet KPIs.
5. Assist in drafting emails and other written communications with clients.
6. Conduct market research and gather feedback from customers to improve our services.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
