About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to customers and potential customers to explain the company s products/services and answer any queries they may have
2. Follow up with customers regarding their current and past orders
3. Provide customers with the best possible customer experience
4. Record customer feedback and other data in the company s internal database
5. Work with sales staff to ensure customer needs are being met
6. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services
7. Follow-up on leads generated from outbound activities
