Telecalling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Customer Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company's products or services.
Respond to inbound inquiries and provide relevant information.

Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify leads based on conversations with customers.
Maintain and update a database of prospective clients.

Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers over the phone.
Address customer queries and resolve any concerns in a professional manner.

Follow-Up:
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
Provide updates to customers on ongoing deals or promotions.

Reporting and Documentation:
Record call details, customer feedback, and outcomes in the CRM system.
Prepare daily or weekly call reports for review.

Target Achievement:
Work towards achieving daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to align efforts and share insights.

Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on company offerings, scripts, and sales techniques to enhance performance.
