About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design and deliver engaging lessons: Plan, develop, and conduct interactive learning sessions tailored to underprivileged children, focusing on foundational education and skill-building to foster personal and academic growth
2. Mentor and inspire students: Act as a role model and guide for students, instilling values of self-confidence, discipline, and curiosity while addressing their individual learning needs and challenges
3. Collaborate for holistic development: Work with team members, parents, and community stakeholders to implement extracurricular programs, ensure resource availability, and monitor students' progress for long-term impact

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

Other requirements

1. Candidates with prior experience in the development sector and fieldwork will be given priority, as such experience ensures a better understanding of grassroots challenges and community engagement

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 4000 per performance basis).
