Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
2. Use a variety of instructional strategies and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
3. Integrate technology and multimedia tools to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
4. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and respected.
5. Establish clear expectations for behavior and academic performance, and enforce classroom rules consistently.
6. Manage classroom routines and transitions effectively to maximize instructional time.
7. Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative assessment methods.
8. Use assessment data to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to analyze assessment data and inform instructional decision-making.
