4. Shortlist candidates and share their details with the hiring manager
5. Schedule and confirm interviews based on the availability of the hiring manager and candidates
6. Post, update, and remove job ads on job portals like Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
7. Send offer or rejection letters or emails to the candidates
8. Prepare HR-related reports using Google Sheets
Prerequisites:
1. Hold an undergraduate diploma or graduate degree in HRM or a related field
2. Demonstrate fluent written and oral communication skills
3. Must be punctual, disciplined, and detail-oriented
4. Proficiency in working with Google Suite
5. Possess good laptop and telephonic communication skills
