About the internship

As a Talent Acquisition intern at Creencia Technologies Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our HR team to identify, attract, and onboard top talent for our organization. Your role will involve utilizing your recruitment knowledge, English proficiency, and skills in MS-Excel, HRIS, and HR analytics to support our hiring processes and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Maintain and update candidate records in our HRIS system
4. Support in analyzing recruitment data and providing insights for process improvement
5. Engage in client interactions to understand hiring needs and provide updates on recruitment progress
6. Assist in organizing recruitment events and employer branding initiatives
7. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall recruitment process
