Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 9th Dec'24 and 13th Jan'25
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Proven track record of working with influencers, either in an agency, brand, or platform capacity
2. Familiarity with different types of influencer marketing (e.g., sponsored posts, affiliate marketing, product placements)
3. Excellent written and verbal communication for crafting persuasive outreach and negotiating contracts
4. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with creators and internal teams
5. Ability to juggle multiple onboarding processes simultaneously
6. Comfortable using project management tools to keep track of deadlines, progress, and communication
7. Comfort with analyzing creator performance metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, conversions)
8. Ability to make data-driven decisions and adjust outreach strategies based on results
9. Familiarity with various social media platforms, content creation trends, and tools
10. Understanding of social media analytics, influencer marketing platforms, and CRM tools
11. Ability to handle complex negotiations, resolve issues, and find creative solutions to challenges that may arise during the onboarding process
12. Adaptable to evolving strategies and the fast-paced nature of social media
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (15% of artist onboard).
