About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for junior to middle-level hiring
2. Sourcing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications
3. Using a variety of methods to find candidates, including job board websites, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
4. Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the company
5. Hiring within the given TAT and preparing the hiring dashboard
