About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the BFSI and Real Estate sectors.
2. Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
3. Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build new client relationships to expand the consultancy's portfolio.
5. Provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment process and candidate progress.
6. Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to onboarding.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely and professional communication.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or talent tracker.
9. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.

Other requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, travel & tourism, psychology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on the BFSI and real estate industries or similar sectors.

3. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

4. Exhibit strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

5. Manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

6. Utilize ATS and other recruitment software proficiently.

7. Apply familiarity with employment laws and regulations.

8. Maintain a professional and presentable demeanor.

9. Uphold a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

10. Exhibit strong organizational and time-management skills.

11. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

12. Approach tasks proactively and with a results-oriented mindset.
