About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Planning and instructing lessons on science topics, such as biology, chemistry or physics for Grade 8-12
2. Enforcing classroom management and school administrative policies
3. Assessing and accommodating students' learning needs and styles
4. Using technology to deliver lessons and other educational materials
5. Communicating effectively with students, parents and staff
6. Preparing students for standardized science and post-secondary entrance tests
7. Grading students assignments, tests, and exams
