Student Coordination Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinating with our learners and helping them in resolving their queries
2. Explaining to learners the different payment modes & guiding them for the same
3. Building rapport with the learners
4. Dealing with Excel & emails
5. Handling Zoom calls & CRMs
6. Working on proper documentation and preparing charts and various reports
7. Handling data backup (storage)

Requirements:

1. Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally
2. Proficiency in MS Office
3. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
4. Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making
5. Reliable
6. Good coordination skills
7. Proficiency in processing documentation
