About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content Creation: Design and create engaging posts, reels, and stories for social media platforms.
2. Social Media Management: Handle company's social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
3. Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and viral content.
4. Post Scheduling: Plan and schedule posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
5. Engagement & Growth: Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build a strong community.
6. Ad Campaigns: Assist in running paid ad campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
7. Collaboration: Work with designers and content writers to create high-quality social media content.

1. Strong Communication Skills – Ability to engage with the audience effectively.
2. Creativity & Innovation – Should bring fresh and unique content ideas.
3. Knowledge of Social Media Trends – Must be updated with the latest trends, hashtags, and viral content.
4. Basic Graphic Design Skills – Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools is a plus.
5. Content Writing Ability – Good command of English/Hindi for captions and post descriptions.
6. Experience with Social Media Tools – Knowledge of scheduling tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of 150000).
