3. Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
4. Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
5. Responding to comments on each of our accounts
6. Overseeing customer service provided via social media
7. Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
8. Coaching employees company-wide on content creation best practices

Requirements:

1. Content creation and content development
2. Keep an eye on various social media trends
3. Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
